DESCRIPTION

CONCRETE MIX -04 is a specially formulated admixture for use in the manufacture of concrete blocks, hollow core, concrete pipes and concrete where zero or very low slump required.

OBJECTS

For use in factories which manufacturing of concrete blocks,hollow core and concrete pipes. The mixes designed for these products are characteristically dry, contain only sufficient water for the hydration of the cement which we normally called "zero slump

INSTRUCTION FOR US

CONCRETE MIX -04 is supplied in ready for use and may be added to the mix water prior to addition to the batching mix(cement,aggregate) or by mean of an automatic dispenser. Dosage, used at rate of 300 ml per 100 kg of cement Consult superbond technical service-for field tests. For factories under mass production. Should use an automatic dispensing equipment, which is available from superbond.

EFFECT OF OVER-DOSING

Serious overdosing will generally produce an in crease in work ability and cohesion of the mix and lower setting time. but it will not affect the final compressive strength.
