DESCRIPTION

CONCRETE MIX -1750 (PC) is a very high-range water reducing for concrete and mortarThe chemicals composition based on dispersing agent such as superplasticizer, lignosulphonate and tri-sodium citrate, which is suitable for concrete mixing plant

OBJECTS

Suitable use for where high quality concrete is required such as :-

Concrete plant, where high cost effician is needed

Use in high strength concrete
Suitable for replacement of Fly Ash or Slag

Water reduction up to 20% against mix-control
Improved workability of concrete
Increased strength up to 20%
Increased initial setting time
Excellent slump achived
Good high early strength
Under the condition of same water / cement ratio, The initial slump of concrete will be increased by 80-100 mm.
With same slump and strength of concrete, the 5-15% of cement consumption can be saved
Reduce mixing time by 40%
Increases density of concrete and thereby reduces water permeability and increases water-Proofing characteristics of concrete
Reduces bleeding and segregation of concrete after casting
Reduces shrinkage and creep in concrete after casting
Reduces wear of mechanical parts in concrete pumps and thereby reduces overall costs of placing of ready-mixed concrete
Chloride free and thereby not affecting reinforcement steel
Provide for a more easily compaction which reduce honey-combs in concrete

APPLICATION DOSAGE

- 0.3-0.5% of cement. Special test require for mix-design

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Add th correct amount of Mix-1750(PC) by using automatic dosaging connect into the water line at the batching plant

Note : Do not add Mix-1750(PC) directly on to the dry mix

EFFECT OF OVERDOSIN

Accidental overdosing with causes an extension of initial setting time. But will have not effect on concrete
